- Complete a real estate transfer form.
- Request a water/sewer affidavit.
- Complete a disclosure form for underground fuel heating storage tanks (for properties located North of Elk Grove Blvd.)
- Provide a copy of the deed.
- Complete an Illinois 203 Ptax form.
